Established in 1971, at Afana Pouliot we focus all our resources, energy and skills on both biomechanical and functional issues of feet and lower limbs. Nowhere else in North America can you find under one roof the most recent technology, innovative products and skills, all specifically for the human foot. 

Our professional staffs of 14 craftsmen are trained under our Master Craftsman, who has 25 years of experience in the field and is skilled in all aspects of the manufacturing of Custom Made Footwear. 

Our mission is to reach as many people as possible, to educate and subsequently provide them with high quality Custom Made Footwear. To facilitate this vision we have designed a Referral Program 

The Referral Program is our way of showing our appreciation for your trust in referring your patients to us. At Afana Pouliot we pride ourselves in building long term relationships and we know once your patient has found the right fit with proper footwear… designed just for them….they keep coming back! Hence we have designed a program that keeps rewarding you long after the initial referral.

Here is how it works…

Simply give your patient our referral card. With your first referral you will receive a Clinic ID so we can keep track of all your referrals, and we take care of the rest.

We book the appointments for their fitting and take care of all the necessary administration and approvals. Upon delivery of the footwear to your patient we will thank you for the referral and its renewal. Your patient will be well taken care of and will not be solicited for any other purpose.
